Toxic Employees - Toxic Workplace
presented by Mauricio Velasquez

What is a toxic employee and what is a toxic workplace will be defined by the audience and by Mauricio, the speaker.  More important – how to identify and address said toxicity will be the main focus on the program.  We will build a tool kit, a skill kit for you to employ when toxic situations arise.  We will practice these skills and tools.  This will be a very participant-centered workshop so come ready to participate.  The PPT slides will be your handout so come to learn and not take notes.
