Creating Trust & Respect in the Workplace by Managing Behavioral Styles

Presented by: Michael Nash, Nash Consulting

This interactive workshop will explore the four spectrums of human behavior and uncover how everyone in the workplace can use Behavior Styles theory to increase trust, respect and morale in the  workplace. As an attendee, you can expect to:

  • Discover and gain a greater appreciation for your own behavior style
  • Gain a better understanding of your impact on others as a manager, co-worker, and employee
  • Gain skills in “personal-flexibility” in the workplace (when to “adjust” to better meet the needs of others)
  • Develop the ability to recognize the various styles among employees, managers, and clients
  • Grow in your appreciation for the different “ways of being” people bring to the work place
  • Learn to recognize the signs of stress and burnout by paying attention to people’s Behavioral Style cues
  • Learn behavior style-based management tools for adjusting to others’ style in areas such as staff meetings, decision-making, communication, and more
  • Learn to teach others to have a greater tolerance and appreciation for those “porcupine people” we all know and try to love
  • Enjoy yourself while learning to laugh at your own “way of being” and the human condition as it shows up in your daily world
