2019 National Bright Insights with Cushman Wakefield

Each year, Cushman & Wakefield’s Bright Insight Symposium provides the most comprehensive snapshot of the legal sector’s present and future benchmarks and trends. The information shared is gathered from our annual National Legal Sector Benchmark Survey.  Since the Survey’s inception in 2013, over 6,000 law firm participants from across the United States have responded to the survey, providing key insights, statistics and trends about the business, financial, and operational drivers affecting the legal sector. In addition, the Symposium includes statistics from our National Associate Survey (over 2,500 participants from across the U.S. to date) as well as our Architects Survey including current workplace benchmarks, design drivers, and future trends.

In today’s competitive legal sector marketplace, maintaining profits and controlling overhead are constant challenges. On top of that, fee compression and business competition, keeping up with the rise of technology, recruiting and retention, generational factors, and mapping out an effective succession plan are all issues impacting a firm’s competitive stance. The Symposium will include a deep dive into these key drivers along with supporting statistics and anecdotal discussions amongst attendees.

We look forward to having you join and are confident you will find the presentation enlightening!
