Creating A Client-Centered Culture

About Our Speaker:Tea Hoffman

Tea Hoffmann is the Managing Principal of Law Strategy Corp. Her mission is to be the change agent that lawyers need to become more successful long-term. Tea practiced law for over 13 years, serving both in a law firm and as the GC of a publicly traded company. In 2001, she opened her first legal consulting business, Legal Training Group. After five years, she joined one of her clients as their first Chief Business Development Officer. During her tenure, the firm doubled in size. She remained in that position for six years. She was named the Chief Strategy Officer at an AmLaw 200 firm in Charlotte, NC in 2011. Tea published a book entitled “The Proactive Practice” in 2004. She served on the editorial board of Law Practice magazine, a publication of the American Bar Association for three years and is a Fellow in the College of Law Practice Management. She has been published in multiple journals and legal publications. Law Strategy Corp provides the resources and ongoing support needed to create and implement strategic plans that become a roadmap to success. Based on the premise that strategy can become more than just something that is talked about, but can be something that firms act on, Law Strategy Corp works with firms using a program called Competitive Advantage. This program offers ongoing support, training and coaching to ensure that the plans developed evolve into obtainable benchmarks.
