The Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) was formed to provide support to professionals involved in the management of law firms, corporate legal departments and government legal agencies.  The association’s members are law office administrators who manage such areas as finance, human resources, systems and technology, facilities, marketing and practice development from firms of 5 attorneys to 1000+.

AALA is THE professional association for law office managers in Atlanta and the state of Georgia and has been a chapter of ALA since 1977.  AALA's 175 members from more than 100 law firms and legal departments, represent every management role within law firms and corporate legal departments.  AALA has been recognized by ALA as a leading chapter of the association and has received numerous awards for its efforts at meeting the needs of AALA members and the legal community.
