• Provide competency-based educational opportunities for our members.
• Create awareness within the legal community of AALA members’ roles in their organizations.

• Enhance the visibility and credibility of the profession and the Association through activities such as community service projects and alliances with bar associations and other law-related professional associations.
• To enhance the new member experience, strengthen the mentor program within AALA.
